Volunteers are the Heart of TKF

How Can You Help?
The Tennessee Kidney Foundation needs people like you to assist with events, including:

  • Liberty Mutual Invitational benefiting TKF
  • Love Your Kidneys 5K and 1 Mile Walk events
  • Spring Soiree gala

TKF also needs volunteers to assist with projects in the office such as:

  • committee for events and programs
  • input of data from kidney screening events
  • data entry for special events and programs
  • assisting with design and content of materials used in programs
  • filing and other general office work

Volunteering with TKF is Fun!

Whether you can volunteer on a regular basis or just occasionally, TKF has opportunities for you. We appreciate any time you can give and we guarantee you’ll feel great about your work to help us improve the lives of all individuals at risk or affected by kidney disease.

Join us and volunteer!  Some current opportunities include:

  • Communications (website, public relations, community outreach, newsletters, interviews with patients)
  • Patient Programming (social workers and dietitians representatives are always needed!)
  • Preventive Kidney Screenings (volunteering at community events and health fairs)
  • Development (annual giving campaigns, major gift programs, planned giving and events)
  • Medical Advisory committee
